The 4th of July is almost here!

We’re excited to share all the fantastic celebrations happening around town! Here’s what you need to know:
July 3rd: Independence Day Celebration
- Join the Town of Fort Mill for an evening of food, fireworks, and fun at the Fort Mill Amphitheater and Walter Elisha Park from 6–9:30PM. Enjoy live music, food trucks, vendors, entertainment, and kids’ activities—ending with a fireworks show at 9:15PM. Location: Walter Elisha Park
July 4th: 53rd Annual Firing of the Cannons
- Celebrate Independence Day with Fort Mill’s 53rd Annual Firing of the Cannons starting at 10AM. Highlights include Town Council remarks, appearances by special guests, live National Anthem performances, and a presentation of the event’s history by 8th grader Myla Smith. Location: Bandstand on Main Street (Fort Mill)
July 4th: U.S. of CAY Celebration
- Join Tega Cay for a Two-Day Celebration including parades, concerts, ski shows, a fish fry, and much more! Tega Cay’s “Where Eagles Soar” Parade starts at 9AM at Tega Cay Elementary School, followed by fireworks at the Glennon Center around 9PM (or dark). Location: Tega Cay
July 4th: Baxter Village’s 22nd Annual Parade
- Don’t miss Baxter Village’s iconic 4th of July Parade, kicking off at 9:30AM with over 150 parade units including classic cars, Shriners clowns, Irish dancers, and more! Location: Baxter Village
July 4th: Red, White & BOOM
- Celebrate in Old Town Rock Hill from 4–9PM with live music, food trucks, drinks, free inflatables for kids, and a stunning fireworks finale to close out the night. Location: Old Town Rock Hill
July 4th: Lake Wylie Fireworks
Watch Lake Wylie’s annual fireworks display beginning at dusk, with great views from multiple waterfront spots around the lake. Location: Lake Wylie
