Hi all! ?With the market hotter than ever, I’ve been a little busy and fell behind my blogging…so let’s catch up, shall we?
In January, we had our KW Fort Mill Annual Awards Banquet. ?What a fun and exciting night!! ?The Miller Realty Group swept our division, winning First Place in the following categories: ?
- Buyer Side Closed Volume
- Buyer Side Closed Units
- Listing Side Closed Volume
- Listing Side Closed Units
- Total Closed Volume
- Total Closed Units
We also received the highest award based on closed volume, The Chairman’s Circle Awar
d. ?This is an award that was only given to 2 groups who did more than $25 million in closed volume. ?It wasn’t a bad year at all!!
Fast forward to February and off to New Orleans we go! ?Every year Keller Williams Realty International hosts Family Reunion and this year more than 15,000 realtors fr
om all over the world gathered to learn, explore and engage. ?At our regional awards ceremony, our Fort Mill market center took home several awards! ?It was an experience to remember!
On the 21st of February, we participated in Servants With a Heart, helping pack meals to ship to Nicaragua that will feed several thousand families in need. ?It was extremely rewarding and the room was full of great energy as dozens of us came together for a
great cause. ?Can’t wait to do it again next year!
Throughout the month of February, we collected new socks and shoes to donate to R.O.C. in Rock Hill to hand out to our homeless community. ?This is something we will be doing on a yearly basis and hope to grow every year!
On February 25th, ?I hosted our inaugural New Home Buyer Seminar at the gorgeous Hathaway model home at Cameron Creek by M/I Homes. ?It was a great experience and we educated some interested buyers about the road to home ownership, getting qualified and what it looks like to build new construction. ?A lot of great information was shared! ?Thanks again to Carmen Miller, Joyce Buchanan from M/I Homes and Pam & Jan from M/I Financial for being key players in the success of the event. ?Stay tuned for our next one…announcement to follow in the next few days!
