This week’s Talk of the Town Carolina’s features a new coming soon Tega Cay brewhouse and restaurant called Model A Brewing. A group of Tega Cay friends are behind this new business. Find out who and when they plan to open.
In our video, we interviewed 2 of the 5 partners. Brad O’Connor the brewmaster and Jeremy Dewitt. the president. 4 of the 5 partners live in Tega Cay. Model A Brewing plans to open in December. Some of the unique features include a 52-foot long bar, the dining room has roll-up doors on both ends of the restaurant and allows access to outdoor patio dining. The menu is planned to be on a Tex-Mex theme including craft beer pairings. They are also planning a special kids menu that goes beyond chicken nuggets.
Model A Brewing was created from a passion for craft beer and love of family friendly establishments in the Tega Cay community located at 1175 Stonecrest Blvd Tega Cay, SC.
