Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC celebrated their 10th annual Spring Fling Fesitval and 9th annual St Patrick’s parade. The Festival was originally scheduled for Saturday March 19th 2016 but threatening weather forced the festival planners to postpone the Festival one day. The 2016 festival was held Sunday March 20th 2016. At the Baxter Village Spring Festival offers vendors, food, kids games, music, dancing, parade and more.?The Patti Mercer interviewed activities director Michael Martoccia and Amy Bovender owner of Six Pence Pub to get the behind the scences scoop on the Spring Fling. Patti also interviewed several festival guest with their take on the 2016 festival.
