The discussion continues about freezing or slowing down the growth in the northern York County area. We decided to get a local city official point of view so we recently interviewed Tega Cay City Manager Charlie Funderburk. During the interview we asked Charlie questions like:

Will a temporary construction freeze on new housing have a positive or negative impact on our area? Should Tega Cay annex future developments into the city? Are their enough road improvement projects underway to help with traffic congestion? What do companies look for when choosing an area to expand their businesses?
