Keystone substance abuse services in Rock Hill had their annual COOLfest on May 20, 2017 at the BMX Supercross Fields.
COOLFest, which stands for Celebration Of Our Lives, gives York County youth and families the opportunity to focus their energy on making healthy choices by showing them the alternative fun and healthy activities.?COOLFest was first held in 2006 in partnership between Keystone Substance Abuse Services and Leadership York County. This is the second year COOLfest has been at the BMX Supercross Field in the Riverwalk community.
Talk of the Town host Patti Mercer interviewed Keystones Executive Director Janet Martini, Monica Hanna, Marketing Event Coordinator, Danielle Center, Prevention Director and several other COOL fest volunteers.
The festival had free exhibits, contests, inflatables, safety zone, and kid-friendly educational and fun zones.
