The Tega Cay Polar Plunge was held on Saturday February 6th, 2016. The Tega Cay and Fort Mill Police departments hosted the event to raise money for Special Olymipics. Patti Mercer interviewed; Steve Parker, Jonathan Gilbert, George Sheppard, David O’Neal, Dee Christopher, Chris Gardner and more. They raised over $11,000 for Special Olympics. officials said the water temperature was 38 degrees but there was plenty of fun, food, costumes and more. Watch the video and see what happened.
