See York County’s Field Day Park In Lake Wylie

The 32 acre Field Day Park in Lake Wylie opened in Oct 2020. Talk of the Town Carolinas met with York County District 2 council member Allison Love to talk about Field Day Park and the other County Parks program.

Field Day Park is located in the Paddlers Cove subdivision. The park’s amenities provide numerous opportunities for individuals and families, as well as team sports. The Park’s features are a community building, playground area, baseball/softball fields, pickleball courts, picnic Shelters, scorer’s tower, soccer Fields, and walking trails.

York County Council created a park survey through the end of March 2021 to capture current park usage and to determine the public’s interests when planning for existing and future outdoor recreation amenities in the County. Link to the survey.
