Every 5 years the York County Assessors reassess property values. If you live in York County SC and own property you should have received a reassessment letter recently. The York County Assessor’s office sent out to real property owners their reassessment letter beginning Sept 15th, 2020. In this letter you will see your properties total market value (land and improvements) and assessment value.
