Tega Cay has annexed the Goat Farm property off of Highway 160. Rezoning for the 70 plus acre new subdivision
M/I homes will call the new home development Cameron Creek. M/I Homes estimates there will be approximately 170 new homes and 100 town homes. The number of homes is down from the original estimate of 400. Ground breaking should begin mid Summer 2014 with the first phase of development completed by early 2015.
