Nivens Creek boat ramp on Lake Wylie in Tega Cay will close for approximately a week beginning Dec. 2. Duke Energy, who manages the lake and access points, plans to re-pave the parking area. Weather permitting, the access area will reopen Dec. 8. Niven Creek boat ramp is located off of Dam Road in Tega Cay , SC.
Boaters may use other lake boat ramps including Allison Creek, Ebenezer Park and Buster Boyd Access Areas as alternates during this time.
