So who ranked Tega Cay, SC number 2? Business Insider produced the list and published a recent article?titled “The 25 Best Value Suburbs In America“.

Here’s how?Business Insider determined the 25 best value suburbs. BI looked at over 300 suburbs across the country with populations between 5,000 and 100,000 that were within 25 miles of a metropolitan area. Two more factors were used: housing affordability and school ratings from GreatSchools. To gauge affordability they looked at the percentage of homeowners in each suburb spending no more than 30% of their income on housing costs.
