Good news in the?housing?market for many areas of the?country. Homes Sales are up! The National?Association?Realtor’s reports?our region’s ?January 2013 homes sales were up an average 5.9% over last year January, but this maybe a short term trend.

What is?interesting, NAR chief economist?Lawrence Yun is revising his homes sales ?forecast DOWN for later this year due to?depleting?homes for sale inventory. ?We too are?experiencing?lower homes for sale?inventory?in Fort?Mill?and Tega Cay.?You can listen to Yun’s predictions?in the video above.
